Eric just received news that he got the job he interviewed for yesterday. It is an assitant band director position at Memorial High School in Spring Branch ISD. It is in the Houston area (just east of my office) and he is VERY excited. This is contingent that he passed his music content exam that he took on July 9th. He finds out August 5th, so keep him in his prayers. He feels that he did well on it.
He will be assiting with the marching band and during concert season, conducting the second band. He will also be assisting with the middle school periodically and the jazz band. He is very nervous but extremely excited!

Thanks, it's so funny how fast it happened. We are so excited. We celebrated last night, so we'll probably lay low at home tonight :) See you soon hopefully!
